RESOLUTION 91-~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR MINNESOTA THERAPEUTIC CAMP
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Therapeutic Camp has made application
for a Class B Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Broadway Bar and Pizza; and
WHEREAS, Elk River Youth Hockey, the organization which
previously held a gambling premise permit at Broadway
Bar and Pizza has voluntarily given up its Class B
Gambling License and will no longer be operating any
gambling operations from this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B
Premise Permit to the Minnesota Therapeutic Camp for
gambling to be conducted at Broadway Bar and Pizza.
