RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
IN THE MATTER OF
NAPLES STREET/186TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENT OF 1991
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report, ordered by the Council in
Resolution 90-41 has been prepared with reference to
the Naples Street/186th Avenue improvement and was
received by the City on February 4, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed
improvement is feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota that the City Council accepts
the Feasibility Report in the matter of Naples
Street/186th Avenue improvement.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of February, 1991.
