RESOLUTION 91-~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN
THE MATTER OF THE FILLMORE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF 1991
WHEREAS, a public hearing is scheduled for the Fillmore Street
improvement on March 4, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, Fillmore Street is a municipal state route; and,
WHEREAS, the municipal state design criteria is proposed to
change requiring a more expensive design on Fillmore
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota:
Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making
of the improvement and submit them to the
Minnesota Department of Transportation, Office of
State Aid for Approval.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this
4th day of February, 1991.
