VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 3, 1959
A special meeting was held at the Village Hall on Sept 3, 1959 for the purpose of considering bids
for the demolition of parts of the Creamery building.
Members present:
August Meyer, Acting Mayor; G.R Bergerson, R.G. Kemper, Trustees; H.A. Briggs,
Clerk
A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Bergerson to send back all bids unopened for the
reason of legal difficulties in advertising for bids Motion carried.
August Meyer acted as mayor in the absence of Mayor Johnson.
Meeting adjourned.
