VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 26, 1959
A special meeting was held at Village Hall on Sept 26, 1959 at 7:30 P.M. for the following purposes:
Members present:
August Meyer, Acting Mayor; G.R Bergerson, R.G. Kemper, Trustees; H.A. Briggs,
Clerk
Purpose of the meeting was to consider the application of the St. Andrews Mens Club of Elk River
for an on sale beer license.
A motion was made by Bergerson and seconded by Kemper to issue the license for one year.
Motion carried all voting in favor.
Meeting adjourned.
