VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 12, 1959
A special meeting was held at the Village Hall on Nov 12, 1959 regarding a twenty foot strip where
the sewer extension is to be made.
A motion was made by Meyer and seconded by Kemper to accept a deed for their property on No.
10 and Upland Ave. Motion carried.
