Background/Discussion The scoring method utilized by Public Works to determine equipment replacement cycles showed that the Utility 1, 2002 F350 2-wheel drive pickup is due for replacement. The replacement vehicle is a 2020 F350 4 x 4 diesel pickup truck designed to pull any trailer in the fleet and be utilized by the fire department as a station utility. The budgeted replacement cost estimate was $65,000. Financial Impact The Fire Department had reserved $65,000 in the 2020 approved Fleet Budget.
