DISCUSSION:
A lot of time and effort has gone into producing the audited financial statements. With
that being said, staff would like to thank the accounting department for their hard work
compilingall the information neededandtaking pride in producing quality financial
information. Thanks also to theotherdepartments of the company, as it is anon-going,
collaborative effort to produce quality financial statements.
The Energy Information Administration (EIA) reports 860, 861, and 923 for 2019 have all
been filed. These federal reports, which are required to be filed annually, concern our
plant standby and landfill engines’ output and fuel sources; our system distribution
numbers in megawatts, revenues, and meters served; wind and solar participation; and
reliability numbers.
The annual Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO) reporting has been filed for
2018. These reports are used in determining the transmission rebates we will receive for
being a part owner of the transmission systems with Midwest Municipal Transmission
Group (MMTG).
