VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 21, 1960
A special meeting was held at Trustee August Meyers shop on April 21, 1960 for considering a
change order in the sewer plant contract regarding a different location for the lift station.
Members present:
Henry Johnson, Mayor; August Meyer, R.G. Kemper, Trustees; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
A motion was made by Kemper and seconded by Meyer to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign
change order regarding the lift station. Carried.
