VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 19, 1960
A special meeting was held at Village Hall on September 19, 1960 for the purpose of opening bids
for construction of water and sewer lines on York Ave, Proctor Ave and Meadowvale.
Rooter and Johnson had the lowest bid:
Water 12,619.00
Sewer 15,255.00
Total 27,847.00
A motion was made by Meyer and seconded by Bergerson to appoint Robert Kemper as acting clerk
while the regular is on vacation. Carried.
