VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 31, 1960
A special meeting was held at Village Hall on October 31, 1960 for the purpose of making
assessment for Sewer Improvements. Figures for total cost of sections A, B & C footage and rate
per foot are attached.
A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Bergerson to authorize Mayor and Clerk to sign
contract with the village of Dayton to furnish them with light and power.
