Members present: Henry Johnson, Mayor; August Meyer, Trustees; H.A. Briggs, Clerk Wm T. Mills consulting engineer and Jerry Spencer, County Engineer were present. A motion was made by Larson and seconded by Briggs to resurface certain streets according to plans presented by M. Mills. Motion carried. The expense of the work is to be shared by the village and Sherburne County. The dangerous crossing over the track on Main St is to be improved in this project. E.L. Shadick and Walter Johnson were present. They want to know what can be done regarding the sidewalk in front of the Elk River Hardware building which is badly settled probably caused by the settling of the street.
