VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 15, 1961
A special meeting was held at Village Hall on June 15, 1961 at the office of Trustee Robert Kemper.
Members present:
Henry Johnson, Mayor; R.G. Kemper, August Meyer, Trustees; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
A motion was made by Kemper and seconded by Briggs to extend the storm sewer from Main
Street along Morton Ave south to the old fair grounds. This action to be subject to the approval of
Lars Larson, Trustee who was not present.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
