DISCUSSION:
The 2019 Utilities Performance Metrics and Incentive Compensation was processed and
distributed to employees on April 24via direct deposit. Normally ERMU distributes
paper checks and hands them out individually to employees, but it was determined
direct deposit was a better option due to COVID-19.
We have been able to bring onememberof the accountingstaff back into the office full
time while still being able to practice social distancing. The other members of the
accounting department continue to work safely from home while coming into the office
when necessary.
