I,Debra Mortensen,the Heritage Preservation Commission Chair,hereby request a
special meeting of the Heritage Preservation Commission on Thursday,May 21,2020, at
6:00 p.m. for the following:
• Regular meeting rescheduled from March 19,2020
In accordance with State Statute,I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Heritage Preservation Commission of the meeting request in writing,at least
one day before the meeting.
