Open and continue the public hearings until June 1, 2020.
Background/Discussion
The applicant is proposing a 60-unit multi-family residential
apartment building in the Elk Ridge Center commercial
development. In order to compete this project, the applicant will
need an amendment to the Land Use Plan (LU 20-02), plat
portions of two lots (P 20-05), and receive a Conditional Use
Permit to establish a residential PUD (CU 20-07).
Prior to the April 28, 2020, Planning Commission meeting the
applicant requested the item be postponed, hoping the next
meeting could occur in person and allow time to reach out to the
neighborhood to discuss the project.
Statutory Review Period
Per State Statute §15.99, the required 60-day review period ends on
June 23, 2020. The applicant received a 60-day extension letter and
submitted a written extension for the current public hearing.
