Open and continue, by motion, the public hearing for Tall Pines
Second Addition to June 1, 2020.
Background/Discussion
Case Nos. ZC 20-02, P 20-03, & CU 20-03.
The applicant, Roger Derrick, submitted a written request to delay
the public hearing and action on his applications until June 1, 2020.
The Planning Commission recommended denial of the project
during their April 28, 2020, meeting. The applicant would like to
address the concerns in person during the City Council meeting and
made the request to delay the public hearing.
