I would like to see the council discuss expanding the Thursday night Farmers Market into a larger event. I talked about it
on Facebook with a council member and I don't feel like it was properly addressed.
I would also like to hear the council's input on supporting an Elk River food coop. We have tons of farms in the area that
are looking for a city to step up to the plate. There is a good coop community already and they are looking for support.
Let's work together to see if we can get this off the ground.
