Discuss fire department re -organization.
Background/Discussion
Since June of 2019 the fire department has had to creatively work shorthanded due to unforeseen health
related circumstances that have affected three of the staff members.
Moving forward the fire department needs to be able to function fully for the city and community, the
reorganization will provide for full time staffing to meet the needs of the department utilizing current
budgeted positions.
