Background/Discussion
The applicant has requested their applications be postponed until -
the June 23, 2020,Planning Commission meeting. They have also j
scheduled two in-person open houses and one Zoom meeting with
nearby property owners during the week of June 1, 2020. -

Per State Statute §15.99, the required 60-day review period ends on
June 23, 2020. The applicant received a 60-day extension letter and
submitted a written extension request until July 21, 2020.
