Open and continue the public hearings to the July 6, 2020, City
Council meeting.
Background/Discussion
The applicant has requested their applications be continued to the
June 23, 2020, Planning Commission meeting and to the July 6,
2020 City Council meeting. They have also scheduled two in -
person open houses and one Zoom meeting with nearby property
owners during the week of June 1, 2020.
Statutory Review Period
Per State Statute �15.99, the required 60-day review period ends on
June 23, 2020. The applicant received a 60-day extension letter and
submitted a written extension request until July 21, 2020.
