Background/Discussion Copart and city staff have been discussing a project that would exchange 14.3-acre parcels in the southeast corner of the city that would improve the development potential of parcels owned by both parties. The attached graphic shows a rough approximation of the swap and would adjust the CUP boundaries for the project that was approved for Copart earlier this year.
