Ratify, by motion, the following staff approved patio extensions:
Aegir, 707 Main St NW
American Legion, 525 Railroad Dr NW
Broadway Bar and Pizza, 16754 Highway 10
Daddy O’s, 709 Main St NW
Sammy’s Pizza and Restaurant, 19232 Evans St NW
Sunshine Depot, 701 Main St NW
Background/Discussion
The Council adopted Resolution 20-25 on May 28, 2020, allowing the city administrator or designee the
authority to review and approve or deny applications for a permit for any proposed temporary structure or
operation related to customer service, waiting or dining seating areas; or on-site signage and storage; or other
temporary outdoor use that is proposed to occur outside of the business establishment in accordance with
the established performance standards.
Staff received six requests for outdoor dining patio extensions.
