VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 16, 1947
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on January 16, 1947.
Members present:
Mayor Davidson, V.B. Skellenger, Elmer Leger, R.A. Ellingson; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
Mr. Rogers of the State Health Department met with the Council, also Mr. Duvall of Toltz, King
and Day and Dr. Roeblke, Village Health officer.
There was discussion regarding the sewage disposal plant. A motion was made by Leger and
seconded by Ellingson that the village agree to advertise for bids for a disposal plant on or about
Mar 1, 1947. The motion carried. The clerk was instructed to write the Health Development of this
action.
Meeting adjourned.
