VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 25, 1947
The Village Council met as a Board of Audit at the Office of the Village Treasurer on Jan 25, 1947.
Members present:
Mayor Glenn Davidson, V.B. Skellenger, Elmer Leger; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
Treasurer Daly was also present. The annual reporter of the Clerk and Treasurer were approved.
A motion was made by Skellenger and seconded by Leger that the accounting for the Utilities be
segregated from operation and that the bookkeeper be responsible to the council, Ward Halsbo to
be Supt of Operation and Construction. Carried.
The clerk was instructed to mail copies of this motion to persons concerned.
Meeting adjourned.
