VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 21, 1947
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on February 21, 1947 for the purpose of awarding
the contract for the Power Plant building. A motion was made by Leger and second by Ellingson to
award the contract to Harold Purtell Construction Co of St Paul, the lowest bidder for $64,276.00.
The motion carried all members voting aye.
Meeting adjourned.
