VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 22, 1947
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on February 22, 1947.
Members present:
Mayor Glenn Davidson, Elmer Leger, R.A. Ellingson; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
There was some discussion regarding the electric light and power plant.
The resignation of Ward Halsbo as electric light and power superintendent was presented to the
Council and upon motion by Leger and second by Ellingson the resignation was accepted to take
effort Mar 15, 1947.
