VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 28, 1947
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on February 28, 1947.
Members present:
Mayor Glenn Davidson, Elmer Leger, V.B. Skellenger, R.A. Ellingson; H.A. Briggs,
Clerk
Mr. Duvall, Engineer of Toltz, King and Day discussed with the council the matter of sewage
disposal.
A motion was made by Briggs and seconded by Leger that building permit be issued to Harold
Johnson for moving a building onto his lot in the village.
Meeting adjourned.
