VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 20, 1947
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg at the request of the American Legion Committee.
Members present:
Mayor Glenn Davidson, Elmer Leger, Walter L Johnson, R.A. Ellingson; H.A.
Briggs, Clerk
The Legion Committee withdrew their application for a liquor license and asked instead for a 3.2
beer license for their club. A motion by Leger and seconded by Briggs that their request be granted.
The motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
