VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 4, 1947
A regular meeting was held at the Municipal Bldg on August 4, 1947.
Members present:
Mayor Glenn Davidson, Elmer Leger, Walter L Johnson, R.A. Ellingson, Trustees;
H.A. Briggs, Clerk
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Davidson.
The minutes of the last meetings were read and approved. Building Permit of Henry Olson was
approved.
The case of Mrs. Taylor’s sister was turned over to the Village Attorney for investigation.
The following bills were allowed and ordered paid:
