VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 15, 1948
A special meeting was held at the Municipal Building on Dec 15, 1948.
Members present:
Oscar Odegard, Mayor; Elmer Leger, R.A. Ellingson, Trustees; H.A. Briggs, Clerk
This meeting was held as a joint meeting with the Power and Light Commission. Those present
were, Skellenger, Meyer, Nickerson and Wombill. Mr. Skellenger reported that the Commission
needs addition funds for balance of construction bills. After considerable discussion it was decided
that the commission should contact Mr. Shaunnesy in regard to issuing additional revenue
certificates.
