VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 26, 1950
The village council met on a Board of Audit at the office of the Village Treasurer on Jan 26, 1950.
Members present:
R. A. Ellingson, Mayor; Emil Parent, Dan Bailey, R.A. Ryding, Trustees; H.A. Briggs
The Treasurer T.H. Daly also was present.
The annual reports of the clerk and Treasurer were examined and approved.
