RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES 3264
WHEREAS, the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3264 has made
application for renewal of a Class A Premise Permit;
and,
WHEREAS, the requested premise for the gambling activities is
the Eagles Club located at 824 Railroad Drive, Elk
River, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class A
Premise Permit to the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3264
for gambling to be conducted at the Eagles Club,
located at 824 Railroad Drive.
