RESOLUTION 91- 20
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND RESTRICTING PARKING ON
S.A.P. 71-601-13 FROM T.H. '10 TO 4684 FEET NORTH
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 1st day of April, 1991, by the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall
hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Sherburne County has planned the improvement of CSAH 1 (Proctor
Avenue) from Trunk Highway No. 10 to 4684 feet north.
WHEREAS, Sherburne County will be expending County Street Aid Funds on the
improvement of this street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed
construction as a County State Aid Street project must therefore
be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The "City" approves the plans for S.A.P. 72-601.13 (Proctor Avenue);
and
2. That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides
of CSAH 1 (Proctor Avenue) at all times.
