RESOLUTION 91 - 21
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING STATE-AID FUNDS TO
C.S.A.H. PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the
City of Elk River to participate in the cost of a
construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 1 within
the limits of said municipality; and,
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the
Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his
records as S.A.P. No. 72-601-13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby appropriate
from our Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of
$ 50.000 to apply toward the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of Transportation
to approve this authorization.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 1st day
of April, 1991.
