NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Elk River City Council and the Elk River Parks and
Recreation Commission may be attending a farewell dinner, at Chow Grill, 14043 Business Center
Dr. on June 30, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. A quorum of the Elk River City Council and Elk River Parks and
Recreation Commission may attend the farewell dinner; however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the Elk River City Council and Elk River Parks and
Recreation Commission during the farewell dinner.
