RESOLUTION 91-~
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAFFIC COUNTS
WHEREAS. the City has a Municipal State Aid (MSA) street system; and
WHEREAS. the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires traffic counts
throughout the MSA system every two years; and
WHEREAS. the City is required to perform 124 traffic counts in 1991;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River.
Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates. Inc. is authorized to perform the MnDOT
required traffic counts and report the results to MnDOT.
2. Reimbursement for performing these traffic counts shall be $16 each.
