RESOLUTION 91 -~
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL OF RESURFACING OF HIGHWAY 169
At the meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River,
held on the 22nd day of April, 1991, the following resolution
was offered by Councilmember Kropuenske ,and seconded by
Councilmember Holmqren
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation
has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement
of a part of Trunk Highway Number 18 renumbered as
Trunk Highway No. 169 within the corporate limits of
the City of Elk River, from Jet. T.H. 10 to No. Corp.
limits; and seeks the approval thereof, and;

WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of
the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 1 S.P. 4811-58, S.P. 7106-46, 51 (169=18)
from T.H. 10 in Elk River to 1.25 miles north of
Princeton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts
for the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the
corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon call of the roll the following Councilmembers voted in
favor of the Resolution: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers
Kropuenske. Holmqren and Dietz
The following Councilmembers voted against its adoption:
None
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor declared the
Resolution adopted on the 22nd :1!f::ri 1~
