1. Mayor Dietz to read and present a plaque to Phil Barsody.
2. Approve, by motion, a proclamation designating Monday, July 6, 2020, as Phil Barsody Day in Elk
River.
Background/Discussion
City staff will be in attendance to discuss Park Maintenance Worker Phil Barsody’s history with the city. Phil
has been with the city for 22 years and we wish him well in his retirement.
