or August 13 at ____ p.m.
Background/Discussion
2021 Budget Meetings
During the recent Council/staff retreat, Council discussed dates regarding scheduling meetings to discuss
the 2021 budget. Council discussed meeting on July 27 and August 10. Past practice has been to start the
meetings at 5:00 pm.
Comprehensive Plan Meeting
Planning staff, in working with the consultant, would like to schedule a special meeting to be held jointly
with the Planning Commission to discuss the Comprehensive Plan update. This meeting is anticipated to
take approximately 90 minutes. Planning staff has contacted the Commission for availability on Wednesday
or Thursday, August 12 or 13. (Note: The Primary Election is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11).
