Approve, by motion, the 2020 City Council goals, mission, and vision.
Background/Discussion
The Council meets with management staff annually to discuss and set their short- medium- and long-term
goals for the community and review their mission and vision statements.
On June 17, the Council began this process along with discussion about customer service, property taxes,
council/staff roles and conflict communication. The meeting was continued to June 22 where previous
goals were reviewed and updated. The Council also reviewed budget trends for 2021 and set targets for
the next city budget.
