RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE
PROPOSED CSAH #1 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STREET
AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT OF 1991
WHEREAS, a feasibility study for the street and utility
improvements relative to the proposed CASH #1
Elementary School has been prepared and presented to
the City Council on July 15, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the Independent School District #728 has requested
financial assistance from the City relative to these
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City is interested in obtaining a construction bid
prior to further discussions on project funding.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as Project Engineer for this improvement.
The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of the improvement and
the solicitation of competitive bids.
