RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR THE ROGERS ELK RIVER VFW
WHEREAS, the Rogers-Elk River VFW have made application for a
Class B Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, said application is for the renewal of an existing
Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Elk River Bowl.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B
Premise Permit to the Rogers-Elk River VFW for
gambling to be conducted at Elk River Bowl.
