A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
TO INITIATE A SIGNAL INSTALLATION PROJECT AT
THE INTERSECTION OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 169 AND 193RD AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has previously
expressed a willingness to construct a signal system at the
intersection of T.H. 169 and 193rd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has requested a delay in such construction
anticipating the development of the southeast quadrant of the
intersection; and

Passed and adopted thi s 23 day of Sept.
, 1991.
WHEREAS, a developrnent plan has now been presented to the City for the
development of the southeast quadrant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The City of Elk River requests the Minnesota Department of
Transportation initiate the process of signalizing the intersection of
Trunk Highway 169 and 193rd Avenue.
