Action Requested
Adopt, by motion, a resolution granting final plat of Autry Addition.
Background/Discussion
Case No. PE 20-02
The properties are located at the southeast corner of Proctor Road and
199`' Avenue. The applicant submitted the plat to execute a boundary
line adjustment between three parcels. The plat removes the property
lines between the three parcels, creating one lot.
One parcel has an existing single-family home, a second parcel has an
accessory structure, and the third parcel is vacant. As there is no
increase in the number of parcels, the plat is exempt from the city
subdivision ordinances, and falls under the city's Platted Exemption
regulations, which does not require a public hearing.
Parks and Recreation Commission
The Parks and Recreation Commission did not review this as it is not
eligible for park dedication.
