RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO YEAR PREMISE PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR MINNESOTA THERAPEUTIC CAMP, INC
AT BROADWAY BAR AND PIZZA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Therapeutic Camp has made application for a
Class A Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, said application is for the renewal of an existing
Premise Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted
is Broadway Bar and Pizza.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class A
Premise Permit to the Minnesota Therapeutic Camp, Inc.
for gambling to be conducted at Broadway Bar and Pizza.
