RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CLASS A
TWO YEAR PREMISE PERMIT
FOR DAVIS, DARROW, MEYER AMERICAN LEGION POST #112
WHEREAS, the Davis, Darrow, Meyer American Legion Post #112 has
made application for renewal of a Class A Premise
Permit; and,
WHEREAS, the requested premises for the gambling activities is
the American Legion Post #112.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class A two
year premise permit to Davis, Darrow, Meyer American
Legion Post #112 for gambling to be conducted at the
Legion Post #112 - 525 Railroad Drive, Elk River,
Minnesota.
