RESOLUTION 91 - 73
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF
THE WESTERN AREA PHASE I IMPROVEMENT OF 1991
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered the Western
Area Phase I Improvement feasibility study; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to proceed with plans and
specifications prior to the public hearing to detail
the proposed improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota:
1.
Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making
of the improvement and the solicitation of
competitive bids.
