That's disappointing. I was hoping that since it was such a small area it would be
easy to get through.

Good morning. During our staff site plan review meeting, the consensus of the group was not
to be supportive of the variance request as they did not believe there are unique circumstances
on the property. We can get into more detail if you want to proceed with the variance but if
you decide you would like to withdraw the application, we will refund your entire application
fee.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the request.
