I. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call
Pursuant to due call and'notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order
which included roll call at 9:04 a.m. by Jennifer Wagner.
2. Consent Agenda
Motion by Charlie and seconded by Kaylin to approve the June 15,
2020°Meeting Minutes. Motion carried 7-0.
3. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign
Banners:The Design Task Force will upload the banner template and size to
Dropbox this week. The task force is still working on two photos for the Shop and
Restaurant banners and have reached out,to CHOW, Daddy O's, Olive a Day and
Kemper Drug.
Star News article:Jennifer is working with Jim Boyle on an article for the TER
campaign and its community spirit.
TER Week: The group discussed celebrating the TER campaign during the week of
August 23 —29, 2020. Ideas shared were to it be like "Give to the Max" day, tying in
• the food shelf, have the Mayor do a Proclamation, sidewalks sales, food trucks,
restaurants offer"TER" specials.
Window Decals,Yard Signs, and Stickers: Charlie is working with the two DECA
students who are distributing signs, and contacting businesses to submit their
business in the city's business directory. The group would like to see TER tables set
up at the two liquor stores so patrons can pick up signs, decals and stickers and the
coloring page.
Coloring Page: Kaylin=and Katie will work together on posting this,on the city's
website and the wording to include on the page which would explain the TER
campaign. The chamber will work with the Ambassador's to help distribute the,
coloring page/flyer to various businesses.
Business Directory: The chamber will work with Colleen on updating the busines
directory on the EDA's website.
Next meetings are schedule for:
a. Monday,July 13,2020 at 9:00 a.m.

Moved by,Debbi Rydberg and seconded by Amanda Othoudt to adjourn,the
meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business,Jennifer Wagner adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Economic Development Authority Together ElkRiver sub-committee at 9:57
a.m.
